The purpose of this survey is to seek educators' feedback on the Working in Harmony program developed by the Country Music Association (CMA) in collaboration with Discovery Education. The survey includes multiple choice and open-ended questions about the program resources from CMAWorkingInHarmony.com. It should take no longer than 6 minutes to complete. Your responses will be completely anonymous and there are no right or wrong answers. The feedback you share will help us to continue to strengthen the Working in Harmony program.

Discovery Education and Country Music Association (CMA) are inviting you to participate in a survey to evaluate the CMA Working in Harmony program. You are not required to provide us with your name or email address to participate in this survey. In addition to your survey responses, we may collect your website usage information, IP address, device information (e.g., which browser and OS), and referral source (e.g., which link referred you to the survey). Your responses will not be associated with your name or directly identifying information in our analysis and reports. We may share your responses along with indirect identifiers (such as your job title, the grade you teach, and your location (i.e., city and/or state) with CMA.
